What you need:
Acorn, butternut or spaghetti squash and/or pumpkins
Sharp knife
Cutting board
How to create:
Cut ‘squash’ of choice in half
Scoop out seeds-Feel free to clean and roast seeds with salt and/or other spices you like @325 for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown. Stir occasionally for cooking evenness.
Fill cleaned squash halves with soup, sides, dips, condiments, etc
Toss squash serving bowls when meal is complete.
