Mani-Friendly Serving Hack from The Accidental Housewife

What you need:  

  • Acorn, butternut or spaghetti squash and/or pumpkins 

  • Sharp knife  

  • Cutting board 


How to create: 

  • Cut ‘squash’ of choice in half 

  • Scoop out seeds-Feel free to clean and roast seeds with salt and/or other spices you like @325 for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown.  Stir occasionally for cooking evenness. 

  • Fill cleaned squash halves with soup, sides, dips, condiments, etc 

  • Toss squash serving bowls when meal is complete.
